【 Information Regarding Temporary Closures for Facilities in Hiroshima City 】
Based on the guidelines regarding temporary closures of facilities in Hiroshima City, a number of municipal facilities will be temporarily closed or will offer reduced services for the duration of the Intensive COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures Period (December 12, 2020 to February 7, 2021) in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
【Important】These facilities listed below will be scheduled to reopen from Monday, February 8, except Numaji Transportation Museum and The Hiroshima Children's Museum[5-Days Children's Museum] (Planetarium) will be reopen since Tuesday, February 9.
Facilities subject to temporary closed until February 7.
・Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
(Only visitors with Timed Entry Pass reservations are allowed to enter the museum during the closure.)
・Hiroshima City Asa Zoological Park
・Hiroshima Botanical Garden
・Numaji Transportation Museum
・The Hiroshima Children's Museum[5-Days Children's Museum] (Planetarium)
・Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims
・Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art (Closed due to renovation until Spring in 2023)
Other Facilities that temporary closed
・Rest House in Peace Memorial Park (Touist Information is open through the period, however Souvenir shop, Cafe, and Exhibit rooms are closed until February 7.)
・Hiroshima Orizuru Tower Temporary closed until March 5, 2021.
